Under the leadership of Scoutmaster Fred J. Williams, Boy Scout Troop 385 met on Monday nights between 1963 and 1983 in Fellowship Hall at Springdale Presbyterian Church in Louisville Kentucky.

In 2023, a Planning Committee of former scouts of Troop 385 came together to organize a reunion. We wanted to help former Troop 385 scouts find each other so they could share stories and recollections of their scouting experiences from 50 years ago. The Planning Committee wanted Springdale Presbyterian Church. and others, to see how our Scouting experiences in Troop 385 have remained vital and important in our adult lives, even after all these years.

We organized the Troop 385 Reunion and created this website to express our gratitude to Springdale Presbyterian Church for providing the home for Boy Scout Troop 385. We also wanted to use the reunion and this website to remember, and show our deep and lasting appreciation for our former Scoutmaster, "Mr Williams."

Mr Williams made the formative and unforgettable Scouting experiences that we celebrated at the reunion, and retell here, happen.
