I. Troop 385 Reunion Plans!

The Reunion Planning Committee has been busy finalizing plans for our Troop 385 Reunion in October:

• Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Location: Fellowship Hall at Springdale Presbyterian Church

Bill Harting has scanned over 3000 slides of Troop 385 activities taken by Fred Williams. The "greatest hits" of these slides will be shown at the reunion.

We will have a catered dinner from Louisville's famous Mark’s Feed Store (BBQ). Casual dress is fine. This will be a relaxed, memorable evening of catching up with friends and sharing stories.

If you are planning on attending the reunion, please confirm this by replying to this email no later than 9/25/2023. Sooner would be better. In your reply to this email, please answer the questions between the dashed lines below:

If you are traveling from out-of-town, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at a discounted price close to our reunion location.

Rooms with either 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed have been reserved for a cost of $124.00 per night plus $20.00 tax or a total per night cost of $144.00. This includes a breakfast buffet served daily from 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

Fellowship Hall will once again be filled with laughter, cheers and groans as we share memories of our Troop 385 camping, hiking and canoeing adventures from 50 years ago.
